Provide on-the-job training and supervise daily activities of stock associates.
Maintain an organized stockroom and oversee the replenishment process for educational materials.
Direct the analysis and identification of employees eligible for various compensation plans.
Develop and direct plan communications and project plans for deferred compensation plans.
