Position: Event Manager
Job Responsibility
• Develop, update, and monitor the department’s strategic and business plans, ensuring efficient event workflows and program execution.
• Oversee the development and management of the department’s annual budget, ensuring cost control and financial sustainability.
• Conceptualize event themes, plan budgets, book venues, and coordinate with suppliers and clients.
• Prepare and manage budget allocations for the Events Department.
• Evaluate expenses and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising event quality.
• Develop financial strategies to generate revenue through event sales, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Develop, plan, and deliver high-quality event programs and services that align with client expectations.
• Oversee the overall operations and management of the Events Department.
• Design and execute events that uphold the company’s reputation as the leading agency in Cambodia.
• Ensure that client brand image and event quality meet established standards.
• Manage the full event lifecycle, including production, budgeting, talent sourcing, and on-site execution.
• Plan and implement marketing strategies across multiple platforms to enhance event visibility and engagement.
• Execute events and related projects aimed at maximizing client exposure and public awareness.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in event planning, event management, or a related role.
• Proven experience in budget management, financial planning, and cost control for events.
• Experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in marketing, branding, and public relations is a plus.
