Stock Controller is to ensure that the stock are well-organized, well-maintained and well-stocked, controlled material inspection and clear inventory reports follow the schedule.
Job responsible:
- Ensure that the store is safe, orderly and cleanliness
- Keep record and maintain cycle counts of the entire inventory in outlet and stock
- Ensure stock movement is updated on daily basis
- Receive and verify the inventory with the purchase order listings and report loss, damage of receiving items
- Sort and store all items by categories
- Daily check on products in-out to be correctly and efficiency
- Schedule stock count and report
- Other tasks as requested from Line Manager
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1year of experience in inventory management, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software or spreadsheet applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
