• Develop and analyze event reports after completion • Monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis • Prepare budget forecast for each marketing event and projects based on plan and budget rank provided • Prepare marketing event budget expenses before and after event completed following the company system Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or relevant industry qualification • 1 years of relevant marketing experience (real estate industry experience is a plus) • Experience in handling administration and budgets • Experience in production house • Basic understanding of project/event management skills • Good at communication and negotiation skills, • Good at problem solving skills and paying attention to details • An open-minded and fast learner who responds enthusiastically to change and opportunity, and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing business needs • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build great working relationships with other departments • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
