Key Responsibilities of HR & Admin Assistant: 1. HR Responsibilities: - Recruitment: Post job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews; assist with onboarding and maintaining employee records. - Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, organize engagement programs, and ensure policy communication. - Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll, benefits, and leave management. - Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and performance appraisals. - Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations. This includes maintaining necessary records, like work permits or employment contracts, safety records. 2. Administrative Responsibilities: - Office Management: Oversee facilities, inventory, and office equipment. - Security & Garden Management: Ensure security and manage garden maintenance. - Machinery & Vehicle Management: Inventory Management, Maintenance & Repairs. Fuel Management, Scheduling & Utilization, Training, Compliance. - Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize meetings, travel, and appointments. - Communication: Handle internal and external inquiries, manage correspondence. - Documentation: Maintain filing systems and prepare reports. - Office Support: Organize events and employee engagement activities. 3. Key Skills: Organizational: Time management, attention to detail. - Communication: Verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. - Technology: Proficiency in HR software, office applications, and database management. - Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and ethical standards. - Problem-solving: Proactive and solution-oriented. 4. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's in Business Administrative Management or related field, HR certifications optional. - Experience: 2-4 Years Previous HR or administrative experience, preferably in dual-function roles. - Good at English in writing ,Speaking and Listening skills 5.
