*** Job Description 1. Work closely with line leadership to understand business and talent pressures in order to propose, develop and implement effective people strategies and solutions. 2. Plan workforce strategically so that the designated organizational unit or function has the capable talent required to deliver business results. 3. Drive the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards. 4. Ensure alignment of goals and objectives of the organizational unit or function and those of the employees to maximize organizational and individual performance. 5. Diagnose and solve organizational issues so that the organizational unit or function can achieve its desired performance and growth levels. 6. Identify capability gaps in employees and manages and propose learning and development solutions to close the gaps and drive performance, development, engagement and retention. 7. Provide data-driven people and organizational insights so that line leadership team can make informed business and people decisions. 8. Service as a trusted advisor on people-related matters to line leadership so that they are empowered to deal with people issues. 9. Lead team-building initiatives in order to build trust, engagement and collaboration among employees and managers. 10. Partner with HR Shared Services and Community of Practices to deliver great employee and manager experience of HR services. 11. Drive positive organizational change to promote high-performance culture/organization. 12. Ensure business and HR process compliance in order to mitigate organizational risks. 13. Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan as well as participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives. *** Job Requirements 1. Education: At least Bachelor's degree (Master’s is preferred) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field 2. Experiences: o 8 years of work experience in the field of human resource management, preferably 2 or 3 years working in a HR-business partnership model. o Work experience in private sector, preferably in FMCG, supply chain management or manufacturing o Experience in using HRMS/SAP or other HR-related systems 3. Skills and knowledge: o Deep expertise in business acumen, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness and data analysis o Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, performance employee engagement, employee relations, organizational development, and etc. o Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. o People skills (broad understanding of human behaviors, motives and/or practical psychology) o Relationship building, o Consulting, o Project management, o System thinking o Coaching and mentoring o Strong organizational skills o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent commination and networking skills o Computer literacy (Microsoft office and other useful software) o Language: Strong command both Khmer and English
