JOB DESCRIPTION - Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties - Be able to rotate or standby with the receptionist - Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives - Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies) - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) - Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes - Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations - Communicate with public services when necessary - Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews - Other task will be assigned by the Line Manager JOB REQUIREMENT - Experience in HR, Admin, Compliance or relevant human resources/administrative position - PC literacy (MS Office, in particular) - Good in English (Writing speaking and listening) - Excellent organizational skills - Bachelor in Law or Administration HOW TO APPLY?
