Job Responsibility: -Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews. -Administer and manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. -Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. -Manage and process payroll in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. -Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. -Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees. -Oversee office management tasks, including supplies inventory, office maintenance, and vendor relationships. -Provide general administrative support such as handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing company events. -Other tasks assign by Line Manager Requirement: -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. -Proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer or similar role. -Understanding of HR functions and best practices. -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus. -Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. -Ability for multiple tasks Salary Range 250$-350$
