Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join Tunsai. This role oversees and implements various HR initiatives to align with the company’s objectives, ensuring talent acquisition, employee engagement, development, and compliance are optimized. The HR Manager will work closely with the CEO to drive a performance-driven culture and foster long-term employee retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
-Implement and execute a comprehensive HR strategy to attract the best talents in Cambodia.
-Develop and refine recruitment practices that align with the business needs and Tunsai’s values.
-Adapt and tailor talent acquisition processes to effectively meet Tunsai's unique needs and cultural fit.
-Build a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
-Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Employee Development & Training:
-Design, implement, and monitor training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
-Assess training needs across departments to develop programs that enhance employees’ competencies.
-Promote a culture of continuous learning and development at Tunsai (Kaizen).
-Provide leadership and guidance for employees to ensure career growth and skill advancement.
Performance Management:
-Actively work with the CEO to understand performance expectations and set clear performance goals.
-Drive the performance management process by regularly assessing individual and team performance.
-Provide feedback, coaching, and support to employees to ensure alignment with business objectives.
-Implement strategies to improve performance and motivate employees to meet and exceed expectations.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
-Work closely with the CEO to understand and promote the company’s core values and culture.
-Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
-Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and other events to foster a positive work environment.
-Ensure the company’s culture is reflected in day-to-day operations and employee interactions.
Compliance & Ethics:
-Ensure Tunsai’s compliance with Cambodian labor laws, regulations, and international standards.
-Stay informed about changes in labor laws and work with the leadership team to ensure compliance.
-Promote a culture of ethics and integrity across the organization.
-Address any compliance-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Strategic HR Planning:
-Collaborate with the CEO to create and implement HR strategies that support Tunsai’s business objectives.
-Ensure HR initiatives are aligned with the company’s long-term objectives and vision.
-Adapt HR strategies to respond to emerging business needs and challenges.
-Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO regarding HR trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
-Female Cambodian Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
-High Emotional and Social Competency
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Cambodia.
-Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and international HR best practices.
-Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Ability to work closely with senior leadership and execute strategic HR initiatives.
-Fluent in both English and Khmer (preferred).
