Duties
- HR services provided by the company, including hiring, payroll, employee record-keeping, contracts, and employee benefits and compensation.
- Strengthen the application of internal rules and regulations and create, implement, evaluate, and suggest new HR policies and procedures.
- Create a program for new hire orientation, track employee relations, terminate employees, and keep track of leave.
- Collaborate with management and employees to support training and staff development initiatives.
- Support the company's efforts to advance employee wellbeing and a productive workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR Management and HR related works
- Good computer skill, good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Patient, flexible, honest, trustworthy, fast learner and team work.
- Be able stay and work in the camp site
