Job Description
* Responsible for diagnosing and resolving network issues
* Perform network operations of configuration, capacity, access, performance, and security management
* Communication and repair coordination with network service providers
* Establishment of network maintenance and operation procedures
* Comprehensive network knowledge (TCP/IP, BGP, CDN, DNS)
* Participate in second-level support and on-call rotation shifts
Job Requirements
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree CCNA (CCNP/CCNP Security is a plus)
* Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in configuration and troubleshooting IP hardware
* Routers and Switches in a LAN & WAN environment (Cisco switches, Juniper MX series routers, SRX series firewalls, F5 BigIP)
* IDC (Internet Data Center) Operations and Maintenance Experience.
* Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP.
* Linux, DevOps/Programming skills is a plus
* Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, BGP, CDN
* Personal Attributes:
