Position: IT Specialist
Fluent in English
Job Responsibilities:
Manage IT infrastructure and computer systems
Plan, organize, and evaluate IT operations
Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems
Install and configure hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners
Provide IT support, documentation, and reports
Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Line) for company promotions
Manage employees and IT assets
Submit monthly reports to the IT Department Manager
Job Requirements:
Cambodian nationality
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
Strong knowledge of networking, file servers, DNS, VMware, Windows Server, and Linux Suse
Experience in firewall and router configurations (Cisco, MikroTik)
Knowledge of core and managed switches (Cisco, Dell, Huawei, Unifi)
Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
Proficiency in internet, email, and FTP
Strong English communication skills
Proactive, autonomous, and quick learner.
Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: $800 - $1,500
Location: Olympic, Phnom Penh.
