Position: MS Engineer Areas of responsibility: 1 Project support and manage services 2 Communication with customer and presentation of the reports Functional duties 1 Trainings documentation preparation ( Customer/ Inernal for Ops Team) 2 Customer trainings conduction 3 Keep usage on appropriate level & do preventative measures to increase it ( for contracts with MS) 4 General Incident troublshooting on the advanced level 5 Incident managment ( business flow issue): processing, follow up, migration to prod coordination within SLA contract 6 Routine control & supervision 7 MOP preparation and migration support 8 Quality assurance (testing of the issues, CRs) 9 CR managment ( business flow issue): processing, follow up, migration to prod coordination within SLA contract 10 General & escalation communication with Customer 11 Slides & reports presentation to Customer 12 Any clarifications/feedback to the Customer 13 Gathering requiremens for the improves/issues 14 Meetings and MOP/RCA approvals with customer Requirements 1 A degree or coursework in Telecommunications, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred 2 Experience is desirable (helpdesk, BA, QA for Tech field) 3 Strong documentation and training preparation skills. 4 Experience in conducting customer training sessions. 5 Ability to control and supervise routine activities effectively. 6 Effective communication and escalation handling with customers. 7 Proficient in creating and delivering presentations. 8 Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service delivery. 9 to be able to do 1st line of Customer support 10 "be ready for working sheadule shift (normal working sheadule from 8 am till 5 pm)" 11 "Needs to be Native Cambodian who can communicate English fluently.
