Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate offerings. You will work closely with the sales, design, and management teams to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales efforts. Your role will involve a mix of strategic planning, creative thinking, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote properties and services.
* Manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
* Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
* Coordinate and organize events, open houses, and promotional activities.

* Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
* Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Experience in managing and leading a team.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
