Job Description
-Maintain and organize accurate and up-to-date physical files related to tax returns and accounting source documents on a monthly basis
-Prepare monthly and yearly worksheet and file tax returns
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
-Other tasks assigned by Tax Manager.

Job Requirements
-Minimum of 1 year-experience of tax and accounting experience.
-Work independently and as part of a team.
-Time-management skills.
-Builds strong relationships with colleagues
-Meet deadlines and adhere to company procedures and policies
-Language strongly comment in English or Chinese.

Key Responsibilities • Be responsible to manage a team. • Monitor daily operation, provide appropriate guidance and identify areas of improvement. • Assign/Monitor task to payment executive. • Observe daily performance of team member & new joiner. • Immediate resolve any special incident occur by following company’s SOP. (Special enquiry & bank related issues). • Immediate escalation of special issue (create ticket) to the respective person in charge. • Monitor & manage funds liquidity, bank account or payment gateway for smooth operation. • Conduct end of shift cut-off & account scrutinization, update bank balance and tally reconciliation report. • Monitor & update team member’s KPI. • Timely prepare & update all kinds of reports required. • Any other task assigned by supervisor from time to time. Key Requirements • Male/Female Age 26-34 Yrs. • Required language : English , added advantage for Mandarin / Thai • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or related field. • At least 2 -3 years of working experiences in related filed & position. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel. • Must willing to work in 24 hours shift rotate, including weekend & public holiday.
