Monitoring & Tracking: - Track vehicle locations and delivery status using GPS or tracking systems. - Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks. - Address delays, breakdowns, or other disruptions effectively. 4. Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain logs of schedules, assignments, and completed tasks. - Prepare and submit reports on daily operations and performance metrics. 5. Compliance & Safety: - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and legal regulations. - Verify proper licensing and vehicle maintenance records for drivers.
