Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
-Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management
-Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards
-Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
-Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
-Supervise and train accounting staff
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
-Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
-Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in accounting software(Odoo) and Microsoft Excel
