KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality financial services.
-Oversee reconciliation, banking support, and general ledger activities, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and accounting principles.
-Manage daily accounting operations, including month-end/year-end processes, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting, while tracking progress against KPIs.
-Build strong relationships with stakeholders, act as the main contact for external auditors, and lead annual audits and SOP development.
-Evaluate and enhance business processes for greater effectiveness, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
-Provide technical accounting guidance, monitor and analyze financial data, produce reports and statements, and mentor the team for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
-Proficient in financial software, Excel, and a solid understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
-Knowledgeable in Cambodian tax regulations, with native proficiency in Khmer and fluency in English.
