- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable.
- Data entry in accounting system (Excel & Sun System)
- Assist Manager to prepared monthly and yearly closing Financial Statement of Sokha Real Estate and Crown Estates.
- Check daily revenues from AR officer and payments from AP officer.
- Check monthly loan reconciliation (Payment to Project) with Accounting Project.
- Check daily AR-Trade Receivable collection
- Reconcile AR balance from Sun System Vs In4suite System.
- Balance tracking such as unearned income/additional work, other debtors…
- Prepare any letters for Finance Manager.
- Other tasks assigned by FM and the Management team.
Requirement:
- At least 4 years of experience as an Accountant in Real Estate developer and at least 1 year as Supervisor level.
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance and audit)
- Excel skills, System Sun, and System Cuscen is an advantage
- Flexible work, Dynamic and fast learning
- Be able to travel to project one per month
- Understand way of controlling Sub Contractor work, Material and Labor
