1. Selection Criteria. Duties and Responsibilities
- Introduce or present the company’s projects & services to clients
- Interpret or translate for the CEO’s office, clients and team members
- Responsible for providing executive assistance and support for the CEO’s office in following up with their respective project teams on in-house projects and third-party projects of the team.
- Assist in coordinating internal and third-party resources.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, all internal stakeholders and project teams appointed by the CEO.
- Maintain proper documentation for all project executed documents and agreements/contracts.
- Organize project management meetings with proposed agendas and record meeting minutes in Chinese and English.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a related position.
- Experience in translating from English to Chinese/Khmer.
- Good internal communication skills and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project management software tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Skills and Abilities
Able to write and speak English, Chinese and Khmer fluently.
Good translation skills.
Good time management.
