Business Development · Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve market share and sales targets.
- Establish communication channels with clients, supervise and inspect regular visits by sales staff, and understand customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints promptly to improve satisfaction and build strong, long-term partnerships in the region.
- Coordinate with customer service, technical, and other departments to ensure product delivery, installation, technical support, and after-sales services.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent Chinese and English with experience in digital restaurant management, food delivery app markets, new technologies, internet products, or related online sales.

- 建立客户沟通渠道,监督、检查销售人员对客户的定期访问情况,了解客户要求。
- 及时处理客户投诉,提高客户满意度,建立长期、良好、稳固的区域合作关系。
- 与客户服务、技术等相关部门沟通,协调产品的到货、安装、技术支持及售后维修等工作。
- 有相关数字化餐饮管理、外卖应用市场、新型科技、网络产品、等互联网销售经验优先。
