Job Description:
To provide highly professional customer experiences by delivering excellent customer services, tailored product and service consultations through inbound calls and messages to ensure quality inquiries/complaints escalation and achieve.
Location:
β’Phnom Penh
Duties and Responsibilities:
β’Respond to customerβs calls and messages (through social media channels, and emails by following the given standard script and customer service standards;
β’Handle and resolve customer issues/complaints following the procedure;
β’Handle tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Reequipment:
β’University graduate
β’A background in customer service roles, demonstrating a track record of managing customer inquiries and delivering solutions.
β’Experience with CRM platforms, adept at managing customer data and interactions.
β’At least 1 year of customer service and Call Center experience in any field
β’Khmer and Vietnam (high proficiency)
β’Good critical thinking skills
β’Working Hours, we have three shifts as below:
1. From 6 am-2 pm Morning Shift
2. From 2 pm-10 pm Afternoon Shift
3. From 10 pm-6 am Night Shift
Noted: We need Candidate can work rotate Shift
