JD: 1. Operational Management Oversees daily administrative tasks, ensuring well-organized efficient environment. Manages supplies, equipment, resources. Financial Oversight Assists preparing monitoring campus budget, tracks expenses, identifies opportunities cost savings. Ensures accurate timely processing payroll, expense reports, reimbursements campus staff. Prepares financial reports needed campus leadership, ensuring accuracy adherence financial policies. 3. Human Resources Support Develops implements recruitment strategies attract qualified candidates, collaborates the Head HR Office job postings, conducts interviews, facilitates smooth onboarding experience new hires. Serves the first point contact employee inquiries, concerns, grievances. Works the Head HR Offic fostering positive employee relations, conflict resolution, maintaining positive environment. Assists implementing evaluation processes, ensuring fairness consistency. Provides guidance supervisors giving feedback coaching employees. Maintains accurate confidential employee records, including contracts, evaluations, leave records, ensuring compliance data protection regulations. 4. Facilities Coordination Coordinates the Head Administration Office ensure campus facilities (classrooms, offices, common areas) well-maintained, clean, functional. Assists coordinating vendor for maintenance, repairs, cleaning, other facility needs. Implements monitors safety protocols, conducts safety audits, reports issues the Campus Principal. 5.Policy Implementation Ensures staff members understand adhere ZYIS policies procedures, especially those to safety, conduct, reporting procedures. Stays up-to-date Cambodian labor laws regulations, ensuring that campus adheres all relevant legal requirements. Provides input feedback proposed HR policy revisions, helping ensure that policies practical effective the campus level. 6. General Support: Provide operational support, with special projects, undertake tasks assigned. Requirements Qualifications Skills: Bachelor's degree Human Resources Management, Administration, a field. (Master's degree preferred). Experience: Minimum 3-4 of experience human resources administrative roles. Experience an educational setting a plus. Skills: Knowledge Cambodian labor laws regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills. Proficiency office software HR information systems. Ability multitask, prioritize effectively, maintain confidentiality. Fluency Khmer English. Mandarin Chinese proficiency a plus. Strong attention detail problem-solving skills. Strong HR, business development professional skill.
