What you will do:
- Handle daily contract processing and operational report registration.
- Organize delivery receipts and compile statistics on fuel consumption and attendance.
- Assist the finance department with data entry and categorization
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files.
- Enter data into systems and verify its accuracy.
- Process invoices, forms, applications, or other paperwork.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with scheduling, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
- Provide support to different departments as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and order replacements when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What you should bring to us:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management...
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- English & Chinese languages are required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
