At least bachelor’s degree of Accounting, Finance, Business and other •Additional course of accounting international standard, compliance (optional) •Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedure for the company (SOP) •Experience in handling fraud case and investigation •Able to communicate in English well •Able to travel to provinces •At least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified •Knowledge of financial recording, laws, regulations and standards •Knowledge of governmental financial statements, auditing workpaper review •Ability to work effectively with diverse populations •Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments •Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing •Ability to analyze and solve problems •Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy developing and implementing new strategies and procedure •Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
