Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Officer to input and manage data in the Odoo system. The ideal candidate will have experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems and can use Chinese language skills to handle Chinese documents and data.
1.Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately input and update data into the Odoo system
* Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Process and maintain Chinese-related documents and records within Odoo
* Assist in troubleshooting data entry issues and system updates
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth data management processes
2. Requirements:
* Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is highly preferred
* Can use computer
* Medium Level in Chinese with excellent reading and writing skills
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Salary: $400-$600
