Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and detail-oriented Content Creator and Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. This role involves developing engaging content, executing social media campaigns, and managing online brand communication to drive engagement and reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: • Develop original content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) • Write clear, engaging captions. • Plan visual content (photos, videos, reels) in collaboration with the design team. • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Social Media Management: • Manage posts and stories across all social platforms. • Monitor engagement and respond to messages, comments, and mentions promptly. • Grow followers organically and increase brand visibility.
Campaign Execution: • Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions. • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams for campaign execution. • Track performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
Analytics & Reporting: • Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, clicks, and follower growth. • Use insights from tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or Google Analytics to improve content and strategy. • Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for optimization.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in content creation and/or social media management. • Strong knowledge of social platforms, trends, and digital content best practices. • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Khmer or other languages is a bonus). • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills: • Photography/videography basics • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization • Experience working in multicultural environments or event promotion
