***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food or beverages.
2, Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or bar.
3, Serve food and drinks professionally and promptly.
4, Set up, clear, and reset tables or service stations as needed.
5, Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, buffet, or lounge areas.
6, Ensure all service items (cutlery, glassware, napkins) are clean and properly placed.
7, Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate when necessary.
8, Follow all hygiene and safety procedures.
***REQUIREMENT
1, 0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, or catering setting
2, Experience in luxury or VIP service environments is a plus
3, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4, Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
5, Good knowledge of food and beverage products
6, Ability to handle pressure and multitask
