*** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Greet and welcome VIP guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.
2, Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest profiles and preferences.
3, Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and tactfully.
4, Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports.
5,Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
***REQUIREMENT
1, Education: a degree in hospitality is a plus.
2, Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury settings.
3, Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English.
4, Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays,
5,Willing and able to work at the New Phnom Penh International Airport.
