FINANCE MANAGER (Chinese speaking & writing tax declaration)
• Ensuring that the company’s financial statements have been prepared in accordance with IFRS, Cambodian laws and regulations Ensuring that accounting records are properly maintained and accurate
• Ensuring tax and regulatory reporting are accurately and complete within timely basis
• Assisting in preparation monthly, yearly financial statements including, statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, cash flow statement and statement of changes in equity
• Assisting in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts
• Assisting in the preparation of reports to National Bank of Cambodia and the regulatory
• Preparing monthly yearly tax declaration submit tax department
• Performing month-end/ year-end closing
• Performing daily/monthly reconciliation of company bank’s account and transaction
• Managing financial accounting systems cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and petty cash
• Managing acquisition capital assets to ensure that assets properly recorded, amortized, disposed as appropriately
• Overseeing bookkeeping function including maintenance the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
• Assisting on checking monthly staff payroll and staff overtime.
• Other jobs assigned by HOA/CFO/Senior Management.
WORKING SCHEDULE
• Monday – Friday
• 8:30am -5:30pm
