Responsibilities:
-Creating the SOP/Policies, process, and procedure to get them approved for daily implementation at plant site. -Daily follow up and check the flow of working conditions and get practical feedback from drivers make necessary changes, as necessary. -Coordinating with HR, Training Manager to set up the training sessions on road safety including daily checks logs, vehicle maintenance and undertake advanced defensive driving course of DDT -Develop ideas with supervisors to control the risk management, ensuing zero hazards at workplace and accidents on-site for internal and external transport -Develop clear structure and process of vehicle and traffic safety -Develop of audit process with transporter that include driver compliance of license, inspection, and training
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering field and in a related field and preferably a heavy vehicle and plant equipment licence or in a related field that give equivalent experience. Be fluent in Khmer and English as a minimum
