We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued financial health and strategic growth of our integrated resort. The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations at Crown Resorts Co., Ltd. (Crown Casino). This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and integrity of the resort and casino operations, driving profitability, and providing strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making in a complex, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all aspects of the resort and casino's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements specific to the gaming and hospitality industries. • Monitor and control expenses, optimize revenue streams, and implement strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency across all business units (casino, hotel, F&B, entertainment). • Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and internal audit functions, with a strong emphasis on gaming-related financial controls. • Ensure strict compliance with all local and international tax laws, accounting principles, gaming regulations, and internal policies. • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies, including those specific to the gaming sector, as required. • Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to the General Manager and other department heads on operational decisions, investment opportunities, and risk management, particularly concerning casino operations. • Develop and implement robust financial controls and systems to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of gaming revenues. • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. • Utilize financial software and systems to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management. • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles and tax laws relevant to Cambodia and the gaming industry. • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and manage a diverse finance team. • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, crucial in a regulated environment. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
