Floor Supervisor

Floor supervisor ( Female ) Key Responsibilities: ▪️Supervise and guide Room Attendants in daily cleaning tasks, ensuring that standards are met. ▪️ Organize and facilitate room preparation and deep cleaning processes. ▪️Allocate daily cleaning duties to team members and monitor performance. ▪️ Ensure guest rooms, corridors, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards. ▪️Check occupied and departure rooms, paying special attention to guest needs and VIP requests. ▪️ Ensure all housekeeping operations are executed according to hotel policies and procedures. ▪️ Manage and communicate guest requests, including special VIP amenities, to the appropriate teams. Stay knowledgeable about all room categories and amenities to better serve guest needs. ▪️Handle guest inquiries promptly and efficiently, striving for positive outcomes. ▪️ Follow lost and found procedures and manage guest property inquiries. ▪️Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Maintenance/Engineering team for prompt resolution. ▪️Assist the Executive Housekeeper in training team members and addressing department needs. ▪️Represent the housekeeping team in cross-departmental collaborations. ▪️ Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health & safety policies. ▪️Supervise in-house laundry operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness. ▪️Oversee public area decorations and flower arrangements. ▪️Step in to replace the Executive Housekeeper when necessary and perform other duties as assigned. Control 50-60room ( 4 Floor ) Qualification ✔️3 years' experience in a similar position ✔️Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant Salary: 200$ in probation.(After 3 months 300$ - 500$ depend on her skills. ) + Benefit: 4 days off / month Offer 3 meal time Offer place to sleep ( if needed ) 🏢Location: Ochheuteal beach, Sihanoukville.
