Responsibilities:
1. Supervision: Manage and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.
2. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
3. Budgeting: Assist in the budgeting process, monitoring expenditures and financial performance against budgets.
4. Audit Coordination: Work with internal and external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
5. Policy Development: Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
6. Reconciliation: Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
7. Training: Provide training and support to junior staff on accounting practices and software.
