Alleviare Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical Company) is recruiting a General HR & admin. Job Description: 1. HR - Develop and implement recruitment plans. Ensure personnel are recruited correctly, sufficiently, and promptly. - Organize and implement training programs such as new employee training and internal training. - Contribute to the development and implementation of the policies and procedures. - Build a system and implement procedures related to employee welfare such as total workdays, vacation days, direct participation in the salary making process, and insurance procedures according to regulations. - Monitor, manage and update personnel records and database - Directly draft documents such as labor contracts, decisions, rules, and regulations in accordance with the law. - Maintain good communication among colleagues and solve arisen issues. 2. Administration - Take care of jobs which relates to Expatriates such as work permit, resident card, visa, apartment renting. - Prepare documents and work with governmental departments to submit documents and licenses, ensuring the company complies with legal regulations. - In charge of making and submitting business compliance reports as regulated law. - Maintain and Keep filing all documents, licenses in proper manner. - Search and Work with suppliers to negotiate prices, contracts, and order goods. - Track daily income & expenditure. - Plan and Organize Company Events. - Assist Managers in Communication and perform other tasks given by direct manager. Benefits: - Salary: 300-500 USD - Monthly support in petrol & mobile allowance - Insurance joining as government’s regulation - Salary review yearly based on performance Requirements: - Fluent in English & Khmer. - At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR & admin. - Preferrable candidates having HR & admin experience in pharmaceutical companies.
