We are seeking talented candidates for the position of Human Resources **Job Responsibilities.** - Posting job openings and sourcing candidates - Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes - Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts - Ensuring a positive work environment and company culture - Managing payroll, bonuses, and incentives - Overseeing employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc - Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies - Handling documentation and employee contracts - Maintaining HR records and employee databases - Preparing reports on workforce analytics and trends - Using HR technology and software for efficient management **Job Requirements. - A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Communication skills - Recruitment & selection - Ability to handle confidential information ethically. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. **Working - Monday to Saturdays - Time: 07:30 AM-11:30 AM and 01:00 PM-05:00 PM How to apply!
