Key Responsibilities: 1. Outsourcing Recruitment: • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for janitorial, gardening, and security positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates who align with MC Services' standards. • Post job advertisements on various platforms, attend job fairs, and leverage community networks to attract qualified candidates. 2. Screening & Interviewing: • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Ensure all shortlisted candidates meet basic requirements for health, fitness, and reliability suitable for onsite roles. 3. Onsite Staff Quality Management: • Conduct regular site visits to monitor staff performance, productivity, and adherence to quality standards. • Work with site supervisors to identify and address any staff performance issues, providing feedback and coaching as needed. 4. Collaboration with Operations: • Coordinate with the Operations Department to understand specific staffing needs and site requirements. • Serve as a point of contact between HR and the operations team to ensure consistent communication and alignment on staffing levels. 5. Performance Evaluation & Compliance: • Track and document individual performance metrics, reporting any issues to both HR and site supervisors. • Conduct spot-checks to ensure all staff members comply with safety protocols, uniform requirements, and other company policies. 6. Training & Onboarding: • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they understand job duties, site-specific guidelines, and safety regulations. • Collaborate with training coordinators to organize regular training sessions for janitorial, gardening, and security staff. 7. Staff Engagement & Retention: • Engage with staff regularly to build morale, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment. • Implement initiatives aimed at improving job satisfaction and reducing turnover rates among onsite staff. 8. Reporting & Documentation: • Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, site visits, staff performance, and disciplinary actions. • Provide regular reports to the HR Manager on recruitment status, retention challenges, and site observations. 9. Continuous Improvement: • Actively seek ways to improve recruitment processes, including refining selection criteria, improving interview techniques, and enhancing job postings. • Suggest improvements to enhance staff productivity, reduce absenteeism, and improve service quality across job sites.

Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) • Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (half-day) • Public Holiday: As per the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels. • Ability to work independently, be onsite frequently, and manage multiple priorities. • Willingness to travel to various work sites as required. Working Conditions: • This is an onsite role requiring frequent travel to different job sites. • The role involves exposure to various working environments, including outdoor settings for security and gardening services.
