Position: HR Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Specialist with a primary focus on recruitment while also handling general HR functions. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR experience, strong recruitment skills, and a deep understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
β’ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
β’ Manage the end-of-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
β’ Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
β’ Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
β’ Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
β’ Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
2. Employee Relations & HR Support:
β’ Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth integration process.
β’ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
β’ Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback.
β’ Assist in HR policy implementation and ensure adherence to company regulations.
β’ Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
3. HR Administration & Compliance:
β’ Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and regulations.
β’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and reports.
β’ Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration when needed.
β’ Organize training sessions and development programs as required.
Job Requirements:
β’ Education: Bachelorβs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment and general HR functions.
β’ Skills & Competencies:
o Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Familiarity with HR is the best practice and labor laws.
o Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Can use English, or Chinese is preferred.
