IT Officer

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems. • Ensure smooth operation of servers, computers, printers, and other IT equipment. • Provide timely technical support to employees by troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues. • Respond promptly to IT-related queries to minimize downtime. • Set up, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring proper functionality and security coverage. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cameras, recording systems, and network connections. • Monitor and upgrade surveillance systems as needed. • Monitor and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including wired and wireless connections. • Implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches. • Manage and ensure the integrity of backups, data recovery systems, and storage solutions. • Optimize storage and maintain proper documentation of IT assets. • Work with external vendors for IT-related services, equipment purchases, and CCTV maintenance. • Manage IT and surveillance-related projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. • Assist with creating digital and print designs. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements to IT systems. • Other tasks assigned by HRAD Manager. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2–3 years’ experience in IT role. • Good knowledge of technology, networking, and Design Skills • Be honest, flexible, hard-working, and have a growth mindset • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Creativity and attention to detail for design tasks. • Good English or Chinese Communication Skills is a plus +Contact Number: 016864xxxClick To Call (Telegram)
