Position Title: Accountant and Public Relations
Location: Unit 905, SV35 Building No.35, Mao Tse Toung, Sangkat Boeung Keng Kang 1 Khan Boeung Keng Kang, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Accountant and Logistics.
Job Summary: The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, tax return declaration ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and overseeing the logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods. This role requires a professional who can multitask, prioritize, and manage both accounting and logistical tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and payments.
• Prepare and process invoices, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
• Create and implement a comprehensive public relations and communications strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders.
• Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring it reflects the brand’s values and engages the target audience.
• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and proper documentation.
• Coordinate shipments (import/export), working with suppliers, transporters, and customs.
• Manage inventory levels, stock tracking, and restocking processes.
• Optimize transport routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Ensure all logistics comply with local and international regulations, especially customs requirements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting and/or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
