We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant/Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the financial strategy of our company while ensuring operational excellence in all financial activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation and execution of financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations such as accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Prepare accurate, timely financial reports and present them to senior management, offering actionable insights for decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and oversee treasury functions.
- Coordinate audit processes and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Drive financial process improvements and implement internal controls to ensure data accuracy and reduce risk.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities, with experience mentoring junior staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
