Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lounge Manager to lead the operations of our hotel lounge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. This role requires a mix of operational excellence, marketing expertise, and strong public relations skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lounge Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the lounge, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Supervise and train lounge staff to maintain professionalism, efficiency, and a guest-centric approach.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels for food and beverages.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
2. Marketing and Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote the lounge and its services.
- Manage the lounge’s social media presence, creating engaging content to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the hotel’s marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Track and analyze marketing efforts to assess their effectiveness and drive improvements.
3. Guest Relations and Public Relations (PR):
- Foster positive relationships with guests to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, handling special requests and personalized experiences.
- Gather and act on guest feedback to improve services and operations.
- Collaborate with external partners and influencers to enhance the lounge’s reputation.
4. Financial and Revenue Management:
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize lounge revenue through upselling and promotions.
- Prepare reports on operational and financial performance for senior management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing a high-end lounge, bar, or restaurant, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and trends.
- Expertise in social media marketing and online engagement.
- Excellent public relations and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and stakeholders.
- Leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
