Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns & Execution • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. • Support internal teams (design, sales, product) to align marketing efforts with business objectives. • Track campaign performance and provide basic insights for improvement. Content & Digital Marketing • Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and website updates. • Assist in running social media ads and basic SEO optimization. • Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer interactions. Market Research & Branding • Conduct research on competitors, customer trends, and industry developments. • Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials. • Support promotional activities, sponsorships, and basic PR efforts. Customer Engagement & Lead Support • Assist in email marketing campaigns and database management. • Support lead generation through social media and digital marketing efforts. • Help manage customer inquiries and engagement on digital platforms. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1+ year of experience in marketing or a related role. • Basic knowledge of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, social media platforms).
