We’re looking motivated results-driven Merchant Recruiter join our team. Your will to recruit sellers TENH100, Cambodia’s newest e-commerce platform. This a commission-based role, making it perfect those are proactive, independent, have passion sales. Position for nationals
Employment Type: Full-Time +Commission Based Scheme
Salary: Competitive commission per successfully onboarded seller
All employees undergo standard training

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
-Identify recruit sellers join TENH100 list products.
-Present benefits our platform persuade sellers sign up.
-Assist sellers through onboarding process ensure complete integration.
-Follow up sellers ensure accounts fully set up ready sell.
-Maintain accurate records outreach, recruitment efforts, seller activations.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
-Strong communication in Khmer English engage potential sellers.
-Experience sales, marketing, business development a plus not required.
-Self-driven proactive reaching out potential sellers.
-Basic knowledge e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) preferred.
-Ability work independently manage multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously.
-Access a smartphone internet connection communicate sellers track progress.
