A. A – Z BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OPERATION B. COMMUNICATION SERVICES: School Phone, Email, website, Facebook page, etc. C. LEADERSHIP ROLE: Act as Leader, Supporter, Inspector, HR & Administer, Supervisor D. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: a. Sales: Generate Sales and meet targets b. Sales & Marketing Strategy: Prepare effective sales & marketing strategy that adhere to budgets c. Recruitment & Training: Help recruit and train sales & marketing teams to the excellence d. PR: Develop strong Public Relation & Networking with B2B, other school and community, etc. e. Brand Awareness: Create consistent powerful branding awareness and objectives f. Solutions & Product Expansion: Expand product lines and services with better solutions g. Business Development & Expansion: Responsible for business analysis, expansion and development h. Events: Organize school events and other marketing related activities to generate sales i. Meeting: Organize & facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events (notation, agenda, room set up including desks, chairs, slide, projector, water, snacks, and clean up after meeting) j. Advertising: Design print ads and publication, Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. k. Social Media: Create a strong social media to boost consumer’s engagement & sales via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. l. Promotion: Propose effective promotion strategies & tools to boost up the enrollment & sales m. Customer Survey & feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback internal & external n. SWOT Analysis: Conduct SWOT Analysis as needed to ensure the growth of the market share and stay competitive in the business arena E. Other Duty a. Respect and act according to school’s vision, mission, goals, all management system, policies and guidelines. b. Conduct, attend all meeting & training as required by the organization c. Cooperate well with other departments and Campuses. d. Prepare reports e. Perform other duties as necessary to reach the organization goals. F. Reports: 1. Competitor analysis including price, product and strategy (term, year) 2. Students’ enrollment and dropped out (daily, Week, Month, Term, Year) 3. suggestion box and survey (daily, Week, Month, Term, Year) 4. Daily operation services (daily, month, term, year) 5. Customer daily visit report (daily, month, term, year)
