Scope of work
+Preventative Maintenance: Manage oversea scheduled maintenance of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety
+Repairs and troubleshooting: Manage addressing, resolve any facility issues related to utilities, equipment breakdowns or malfunctions.
+Building inspections: Manage and conduct routine inspections of the facility to ensure its up to code, compliant with regulations and safe for use.
+Client’s Management: manage relationship with clients including negotiation work processes.
+Manage staff working rooster.
Benefits salary: 1000$ - 1500$ depend on experiences
