Store Manager - Sihanoukville (Urgent)
Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and Team Management: - Train, and develop store staff to ensure high levels of performance and engagement. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. 2. Sales and Financial Management: - Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising strategies and promotional activities. - Analyze sales reports and financial statements to identify opportunities for improvement. - Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability. 3. Customer Service Excellence: - Ensure outstanding customer service by modeling best practices and setting service standards. - Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed. 4. Operational Oversight: - Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. - Maintain store appearance and organization to enhance the shopping experience. 5. Inventory Management: - Manage inventory levels to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability. - Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate stock takes. 6. Marketing and Community Engagement: - Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions and events. - Build relationships with the local community to enhance brand presence. Qualifications: ➢ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred. ➢ Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management or a similar role. ➢ Strong leadership and team management skills. ➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ➢ Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office. ➢ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
