PAYMENT SPECIALIST Job Description: Manage and operate the companyβs online payment systems to ensure smooth and accurate transactions. Integrate and test new payment methods (credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, etc.). Monitor, analyze, and optimize payment processes to improve efficiency and customer experience. Support customers and partners in resolving issues related to payment transactions. Collaborate with relevant departments to develop payment solutions that meet business needs. Ensure compliance with security standards and legal regulations regarding financial transactions. Job Requirements: Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in electronic payment, finance, or e-commerce. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of security standards like PCI DSS, ISO 27001 is an advantage. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
