Plant Financial Controller - Working Location: Touk Meas ( Kampot)

🚨 Responsibilities:
🔹Taking lead in developing financial planning and budgeting through working and coordinating with plant management (and SCCC Group Excellence) to ensure plant assumptions are realistic, feasible and aligned with Group guideline (if available). 🔹On-going monitoring plant performance through providing accurate and thorough performance analysis, cooperating with relevant manufacturing functions in identifying root cause and recommending for corrective actions and FC monitoring 🔹Supporting plant operation with analytical tools for insightful information to support plant management decision. 🔹Conducting ad hoc study as requested together with suggestion from finance point of view to support plant operational or strategic decision. 🔹Participating in internal control related matter for plant operation and taking lead for implementing or strengthening internal control at plant and working with plant management to ensure effective control in place.
🚨 Requirement: 🔹Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 🔹Minimum 3 years experiences in financial analysis or another related field. Ability to use an ERP system (SAP) is preferred
