About Us:
Capital Arts is Cambodia’s premier signage design and production company, known for delivering high-quality, innovative, and custom signage solutions for corporate, retail, hospitality, and government sectors. We are currently working on major national projects including airport and commercial signage rollouts.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead signage projects from concept to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, vendors, materials, site coordination, and ensuring quality execution on all signage deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end project management for signage installation projects
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, designers, and installation teams
Prepare and manage project timelines, cost estimates, and schedules
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards
Manage procurement and logistics of materials (local & imported)
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues
Prepare and submit project documentation including reports, work schedules, and material approvals
Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope
Coordinate with government or client-side contractors as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management (preferably in signage, construction, fit-out, or design & build projects)
Strong communication skills in English (Khmer is a plus)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.)
Knowledge of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods is a strong advantage
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
